An exciting opportunity has opened for a Finance Administrator role in the Not For Profit sector, based in West Bristol. The role requires a detail-oriented individual and your responsibilities will be mainly based around basic bookkeeping and a variety of adhoc tasks when needed.

Description

  • Perform daily finance tasks including invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure financial compliance.
  • Manage finance related queries within the organisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Experience working with Excel and an accounting software.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An educational background in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
