Role Summary:

The Security Service & Maintenance Engineer role involves full responsibility for completing preventative, reactive and remedial works across a wide variety of domestic and commercial properties to a professional standard of work in and around London.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Competent and to regulation, professional delivery of maintenance on integrated electronic fire and security systems.
  • Carry out small works/repairs on domestic and commercial properties.
  • Completing Asset logs of equipment on site.
  • To manage your own workload throughout the day and ensuring the completion of each job in a timely

manner.

  • Communicating and reporting to the office on a daily basis.
  • Dealing with clients face to face in a professional manner.
  • Working hours 8am - 5pm.

Knowledge/Experience required:

  • Detailed knowledge of the principles of fire and security systems, British Standards
  • Relevant qualifications NSI/LPCB/C&G etc
  • An understanding and ability to carry out a preventative maintenance to the current standards.
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • Able to work openly and co-operatively with others.
  • Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities
  • MUST have previous experience with systems, CCTV/Access Control, advantage if Entrotec trained or fire alarm experience.

General:

Experience within the construction industry, or/and Fire & Security systems.

Possess a clear record with zero criminal convictions of any kind and meet with the requirements to pass a CRB / DBS check and the full screening process required in the security industry.
