Reed are delighted to be working with a well-respected, award-winning, innovative organisation based in Norwich city centre who are searching for a Senior Support Consultant to join their fantastic team.
Day to Day of the role:
- Act as a Designated point of contact for the young people's service, managing, queries, concerns and representing the organisation.
- Provide senior support within the team, ensuring high-quality, effective, and safe services.
- Deliver education workshops and training to young people and professionals to prevent exploitative relationships.
- Manage your own caseload, offering support and advice.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sessions, assessments, planning, progress, and decision-making.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, advocating for children and young people.
- Engage with children and young people to gain their views on service design and delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and represent the organisation at events and network meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong case management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, and some weekend work.
- Essential car-user with a full clean UK driving licence.
