The Role of the Graduate Sales Manager

  • Manage Southeast UK territory, balancing existing business and generating new sales.
  • Selling the full range of indoor and outdoor lighting into electrical wholesalers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to optimise sales.
  • Schedule and attend multiple client visits daily.

The Ideal Person for the Graduate Sales Manager

  • Demonstrates a "get up and go" approach, ready to take on challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Having a degree in Engineering or Business ideal but other degrees considered.
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues and demonstrates a willingness to support team objectives.
  • Exhibits resilience in the face of setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and persevering towards goals.
  • Prior exposure to technology and/or Sales advantageous but not a requirement.
