An exciting opportunity has come up for a Paralegal to join our top legal client in Grantham on a permanent basis. This position will be full time and offer the prospect of hybrid working.
Key duties to include:
- Managing Trusts and Estates casework.
- Preparing Probate paperwork.
- Drafting Wills
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation.
- Undertaking general supportive duties for Private Client fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Private Client department is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Law.
- Excellent communication skills and a client facing persona.
- Attentive to detail.
- A team player that is willing to learn and develop!
