Brand team

, as a Marketing Specialist, you'll support the development, implementation and delivery of the 360 marketing plan for the Business Unit (Health, Beauty or General Merchandise) that you support. The plan will support cross channel implementation to drive growth for the business and keep our customers coming back for more. It's a high profile and varied role.We'll help you develop the skills and expertise that you need to become a Marketing specialist of the future. You'll have access to functional and role specific training to help set you up for success.

What you'll do

  • You will work cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Buying, Legal and Finance to ensure all activity is legally sound and reflective of the trading priorities, representing the priority messaging and objectives.
  • You will work across the wider marketing teams to deliver one seamless activation plan for key marketing moments, events and NPD across all channels in line with the annual plan, managing the critical paths and costs to deliver strong ROI
  • You will work alongside our Marketing Manager to build and deliver our marketing reports & set and measure KPIs and benchmarks, telling the story internally.
  • You may be required to travel to agency meetings, shoots or events.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the delivery of wider projects.

What you'll need to have

You must be on track or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above

It would be great if you also have

  • Proactive attitude, keen to get involved and bring new ideas and give something new a go
  • Excellent communication skills and talented relationship builder, an ability to work well as part of a team and confident working with many different internal and external stakeholders at one time
  • An awareness of customer, market changes and industry best practice, and a passion for best-in-class marketing communications, and understanding of creative excellence
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, experience of delivering to tight deadlines
  • Change mindset
  • An ability to challenge processes / figures and deliver efficiencies
  • A strong drive for self-development and growth
  • An interest in data driven Marketing/Digital Marketing campaigns, our brand and what we do to ensure we can continue to develop and innovate the customer experience for the future
