Temporary Finance Assistant

Position; Temporary Finance Assistant

Location; Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Salary; £30,000 per annum

Planet Recruitment have registered an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for 3 months in the Kidlington, Oxfordshire area. The successful individual will have experience of using various accounting software, invoicing processing, accounts payable and have the capabilities to using MS Excel to an intermediate level.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Main responsibilities;

  • Analysing and clearing down un-invoiced purchase orders
  • Liaising with procurement and accounts payable team on purchase order queries
  • Dealing with credit card queries
  • Credit card statement reconciliations
  • Perform ad hoc finance tasks as required

Required / Qualifications;

  • Experience of ERP system (e.g. Microsoft D365)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel to an intermediate standard
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
