EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on looking for a Product Manager to join the the team. This role is crucial Managing new Product Development from Concept to Product Launch.

Duties for Product Manager:
- To ensure the timely release of new products to market and expected profit and sales objectives are achieved.
- Review and compare the pricing received from the manufacturer against the profit margin expectations and market pricing expectations.
- Investigate and review the market for the new product. This includes: determining the selling price, identifying competitors and number of competitors selling the product, its appeal, product sales performance and visit competitor sites to determine product price points.
- Review and compare the pricing received from the manufacturer against the profit margin expectations and market pricing expectations.
- Compile and analyse a sales forecast using Excel to determine the initial order requirements, the number of that the product will go into, expected sales based on historical data and seasonality of the product.
- Compile a margin analysis report each quarter and review and compare the GP margin on each product with the budget and highlight any variances.
- Regularly review stock levels, orders placed, delivery dates and stock on hand for the initial six months of the new products being introduced.
- Drive product launches and maintain and up to date promotional and core range planners.
Ideal Product Manager:
- 1-3 years in a Product or Category Management role. Experienced in New Product Development through to Product Launch.
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing indsutry; FMCG.
