A dynamic engineering survey company are seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join the team in Cardiff. They offer a range of services including building surveys, 3D point cloud models, monitoring and setting out. After only a few years of operation, the company has had great success building a strong client base and providing high-quality work to major contractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting topographical and measured building surveys, creating 3D point cloud models, monitoring and performing setting out tasks. The role involves working with advanced survey equipment and software to produce various types of surveys to clients.

In this role, you'll be...
- Conducting topographical and measured building surveys.
- Performing setting out tasks for various construction and residential projects.
- Undertaking monitoring on various sites.
- Operating GPS and other surveying equipment.
- Developing 3D point cloud models.
- Utilise surveying and CAD software to prepare detailed survey drawings.
- Collaborate with clients and the team to ensure project specifications are met.
What we're looking for:
- Qualification in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in CAD & surveying software
- Experience with Trimble equipment and laser scanning
- Drivers' license
