Legal Support Urgently Required - Conveyancing, Private Client or Litigation

up to £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
We are seeking experienced Legal Secretaries/Legal Administrators to support the Conveyancing, or Private Client or Litigation Team of a very well-established, highly reputable law firm, in Nuneaton, in a very friendly, supportive working environment.
You will be well-supported, working along side other legal support staff in a very collaborative environment. Experience of working within conveyancing, private client (wills and probate) or litigation is required, as well as good audio and copy typing skills.
These are newly created roles, which have come about due to a high volume of work in this expanding firm.
The role will involve:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and third party professionals by telephone, e-mail, and face to face
- Diary Management
- Use of legal case management system and audio dictation system
- Filing and scanning
Suitable candidates will have
- Sound legal secretarial or administrative experience within conveyancing, private client (wills and probate) or litigation
- Experience of working for an SRA regulated law firm
- Excellent audio and copy typing skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience of using a legal case management system
- The ability to work well as part of a team
This is a full time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour's lunch break.
