This wonderful job in the heart of Camden for a Client Services Representative will really suit an enthusiastic and focused all-rounder.
Some of your duties will include:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors and directing them to the correct tenant offices
- Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring callers of taking accurate messages
- Processing incoming and outgoing post efficiently and managing courier bookings
- Maintaining meeting room booking diary, scheduling appointments and preparing rooms
- Addressing tenant queries promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed expectations
- Keeping the reception are tidy and organised , creating a welcoming environment
