Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000-45,000 dependent on experience

Working closely with their clients and delivering specialist advice from conception to completion has ensure repeat clients and high-quality design solutions. This dynamic and highly successful practice are keen to continue their growth and expanding their technical capabilities with supporting new software and new methods. My client is actively looking for a passionate Senior Architect to join their talented team in Hertfordshire.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification experience within an Architectural practice including at management level, as well as strong understanding of the current building regulations and well versed in AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Hold a degree/ HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Have extensive post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Strong design skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch UP
- Excellent technical understanding of current building regulations
- Good technical abilities
- Experience working at senior level
- Good management and mentoring capabilities
- Work well in and leading a team
- Proven track record of job running
- Keen to input and continue practice growth
- Experience working across residential and commercial projects
- Live locally to East Hertfordshire
