The Data Administrator is responsible for managing and processing data and presenting it in clear and concise reports and dashboards. This is used to make informed decisions, improve performance, and meet client expectations.
The Data Administrator will be responsible for:
- Diligently compile data from various sources
- Precise data entry into dashboards
- Ensure precise updates and generation of diverse reports
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting dashboards
- Craft and finalize a report of high quality
- Consistently refresh client dashboards with up-to-date information
- Produce and refine productivity reports each month
- Complete invoicing data entries and supply this verified information to the Accounts team weekly
- Provide as-needed assistance to central services such as H&S and Audit in generating reports with supplied data, and in devising appropriate template reports for their usage
- Streamline data and tailor reports for enhanced suitability across the business
The ideal Data Administrator will have:
- The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work based on needs of the business
- Create various reports and using excel formulas
- Efficient organisational abilities to meet timeframe deadlines
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel to create various reports and dashboards
- Enhanced communication skills both written and oral
This role will suit an experienced data handler who enjoys analytics and creating reports.
