Accounts Receivable Assistant | London | £30,000 - £32,000 per annum | Hybrid | Luxury retailer
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a luxury retail brand on a 6-month FTC with potential to be made permanent. This role working for a luxury fashion retail business has been created due an internal promotion. This is a hybrid role based in London, with expectations of 3 days in office.
Details of the role:
Reporting to the AR manager, you will be an integral member in the Finance team assisting the Accounts Receivable process. This role has the view to take ownership of your duties and to assist with the wider team.
Responsibilities include:
- Posting and allocating receipts
- Ownership of reviewing aged debtors and ensuring ageingis fully reconciled
- Monitoring debtor account balances
- Raising recharge invoices
- Responding promptly to client and internal enquiries including
- Assisting with the analysis of monthly reporting packs
The successful candidate will have experience in the AR process and has prior experience. Experience working for a retail/fashion business is advantageous and knowledge of Netsuite is preferable. Softer skills required would include being proactive in nature with a pragmatic approach and the ability to build relationships with teams.
