The Role

Client Engagement Assistant
, your role will be pivotal in identifying client needs, building lasting relationships, and driving branch growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting the branch through great conversations enhancing its profile and reputation.
- Handling client queries and resolving complaints to maintain strong customer relationships
- Accurately managing client information in the database
