An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Cobham as a Receptionist on a 9-12-month fixed term contract. Please note that this is a part time role, 15 hours per week, Monday's, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays 10AM - 3PM. Salary is up to £11,142 (£26K full time equivalent)

As the Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- General customer service, being the first point of contact for owners and tenants
- Regular checks including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
- Helping with the move in process
- Organising events and activities for customers
- Building strong relationships with homeowners and their families.
The successful Receptionist will have the following related skills / experience:
- Professional and highly organised
- Proactive approach and great attitude
- In-person customer service experience
- Experience of facilities / property with a knowledge of Health & Safety will be an advantage
