Providing effective and confidential support to the Company Secretaries and General Counsel across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling board and committee meetings
  • Drafting agendas
  • Preparation of meeting packs
  • Attending board and committee meetings
  • Taking and producing accurate meeting minutes
  • Drafting resolutions
  • Following up on actions
  • Maintaining corporate books and records

Experience required

  • Company secretarial experience from the Insurance market
  • Experience of attending board meetings and taking minutes
  • Professional attitude and demeanour
  • High level of written and spoken communication
