Job description:
Our Port Talbot based client is looking for three reliable warehouse operatives to join their team commencing December. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to the packing operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The placements will run on a temporary ongoing basis.
Working hours:
Through the December training period the working hours will be 08:15 - 16:30 Mon-Thurs & 07:15- 15:30 on a Friday.
From January onwards, you will move onto a two-shift pattern where the working hours will be 06:00-14:00 for the morning shift and 14:00-22:00 for the afternoon shift.
Pay:
The rate of pay for the day shift, during training, in December will be £11.44 per hour.
The rate of pay while working on the shift pattern commencing January will be £12.58 per hour.
This will be a 40 hour working week.
Please note that all rates of pay are subject to national minimum wage legislation and will adjust accordingly when required to do so.
