New Business Sales Executive

Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with our established client to recruit an experienced New Business Sales Executive in the Cardiff area. Founded in 2012, our client are a comparison service for UK movers to compare and connect with moving industry professionals they can trust. They compare a host of services including trusted conveyancers, chartered surveyors, removal, storage and house clearance to save money and reduce stress when moving home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing towards the continued growth of our client's well established partner network. The role will involve Outbound B2B and B2C Telesales, Account Management and the ability to build lasting professional relationships whilst being target focused.

Job Purpose: New Business Sales Executive

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 plus Performance-related Bonuses

Location: Cardiff

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of them joining our partner network, working towards team and individual targets.
  • You must be able to work under pressure, utilizing your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new partners.
  • You will make multiple calls and compose multiple emails per day to maximize conversion.
  • There is a degree of account management involved.
  • Be responsible for growing our business partner network by direct telemarketing.
  • You will have to be adaptable with being able to sell to different types of prospects.

Essential

  • Previous B2B Telesales experience - 2 Years
  • Previous Account Management experience
  • Competent across Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
