What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering and adapting educational programs for individuals, small groups, and whole classes
- Supporting the educational, physical, and emotional needs of pupils
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of teaching materials
- Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and developmental needs
- Providing simple medical aid and ensuring health and safety standards
- Supervising pupils to ensure their safety and promote their educational development
- Implementing and contributing to Individual Development Plans for pupils
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with pupils in an educational or care setting, including those with SEND
- Positive attitude towards training and continuous professional development
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection
