SRM Recruitment are working to secure an Estate Assistant to join a prestigious private family office dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of care for the properties and family members. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Estate Assistant to become an integral part of a small, close-knit team.

Job Summary:

As an Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the smooth running of the household and grounds. You will work closely with the Estate Manager and other staff to provide a seamless and efficient service, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the estate, including the main residence, guest houses, and grounds.
  • Personal Assistant to the Estate Manager and family.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • First point of contact for residential and commercial tenants, manage property maintenance including contractors and diary
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including preparation, setup, and post-event cleanup.
  • Manage household inventories, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
  • Provide personal assistance to family members as needed, including running errands, scheduling appointments, and other tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including expenses, maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a private household or PA experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of property management and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of household systems and technology.
