Do you have a background in Account Management, Sales or similar? Are you looking for a dynamic role with a growing facilities company, who offer you a great working environment, stability and the opportunity to directly impact the companies future?
On offer is the opportunity to work on behalf of an industry leader in Facilities Maintenance, they provide planned and reactive maintenance to blue-chip clients across the UK with services ranging from electrical, mechanical and grounds maintenance. Clients including major players from hospitality, retail and the restaurant industry.
This varied role will see you responsible for the overall management of some of the companies key accounts, you will be tasked with taking proactive measures to ensure all clients accounts have been maximised and all contracts have been completed within the agreed SLA times. You will be operating both over the phone, inbound and outbound as well as via email.
This role would suit a candidate who has a background in Account Management, Sales, Recruitment or similar, who is looking for a varied role that offer's training, progression and growth opportunities.
The Role:
- Calling prospective and past customers
- Upselling, Cross selling to existing customers
- Ensuring contract SLA times are adhered to
- Mix of administrative and business development
- Communicating via telephone and email
The Person:
- Background in Account Management, Sales, Recruitment or similar
- Looking for an internal role with progression
- Commutable to Ferndown
