The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the UK arm of the business to attract potential customers while retaining existing ones. Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic global marketing plans within the UK,
  • Identify potential customers and devise strategies to reach them,
  • Monthly ROI reporting including offline and online results to KPI's,
  • Manage regional marketing budget and plan,
  • Manage a team and have access to shared services for all Marketing needs,
  • Oversee the development of new marketing initiatives within the UK,
  • Manage brand presence at exhibitions and events, working with sales teams to ensure lead capture in CRM,
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve goals.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • 3 years B2B Marketing experience,
  • Ability to demonstrate evidence of experience in growth marketing,
  • Global Marketing experience,
  • Worked in both large and small businesses is ideal,
  • Demonstrating marketing contribution to revenue.
