Are you a friendly and customer service-oriented individual looking for a flexible and engaging part-time opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a well-established organisation operating the Windermere Ferry, is seeking enthusiastic Ferry Hosts to join their team in Bowness, Windermere.
?? The Role:
- Assist the first-mate with vehicle loading and provide exceptional customer service to foot passengers.
- Process payments using a card payment machine.
- Represent Westmorland and Furness council with politeness and consideration.
?? Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (excluding breaks) and maintain a level of fitness.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, covering morning and afternoon shifts as needed.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
�? Benefits:
- All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and training will be provided.
- Competitive pay rate of £12.80 per hour.

Shifts:
Part time - The shifts on the ferry are either morning shifts 06:00 to 14:10 or afternoon shift 13:50 to 22:30pm.
