We are working with a SaaS business, based in the heart of Bath, who are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will play a crucial role in the success of our sales team by providing administrative support and ensuring a seamless sales process.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring our sales team is equipped with the best leads and accurate information.
- Responsible for qualifying leads in the CRM
- Ensuring contact details are up-to-date
- Verifying the financial health of potential clients, and improving the overall funnel of leads directed to the sales team.
What you'll need to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Strong ability to assess and qualify leads based on business needs
and financial health.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and lead management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive in identifying issues within the sales funnel and suggesting improvements.
