Sales Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an organised Sales Administrator to join a successful and long-established local business on a 1-year Maternity Contract. You will be supporting the sales team through processing orders, resolving queries, and general administration.

Based in Bicester the hours of work for this role will consist of 08:45-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Sales Administrator Duties:

  • Sales order processing and administration to tight timescales
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and records in a timely fashion
  • Handling customer enquiries, chasing deliveries and problem solving
  • Raise job cards
  • Supporting the sales team with required administration
  • Assisting in other areas of the business as required
  • Occasional assisting with exhibitions

Personal Attributes:

  • Must have excellent Excel skills and general IT knowledge
  • Ideally previous sales order processing experience
  • Must be an experienced administrator
  • Good customer service experience
  • Experience of data entry
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is a fast-moving role so an ability to work quickly and accurately is essential

Offering £25,000- £26,000 per annum depending on experience, this role is a great opportunity to develop existing skills and support a busy team.
