Business Improvement Officer

£15 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (4 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Improvement Officer in Plymouth. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Planning, delivery, monitoring, control and closure of smaller projects and the delivery of the new capabilities for the People Directorate
- Managing and co-ordinating the work within the project and understanding any interdependencies
- Advising on project progress and how any risks and issues will be mitigated and managed
- Leading projects and allocating tasks, making others take accountability of tasks assigned and their completion
The candidate:
- 3 GCSE's grade C(4)or above in English and Maths or equivalent
- A project management qualification is desirable
- Experience working in a similar role in the public sector is essential
- Experience delivering and supporting projects in a Health and Social Care Environment is desirable
