Job Title: Learning Mentor

Role Overview: As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' personal and academic development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Student Support:

Build positive relationships with students, providing emotional and academic guidance.

Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their goals.
- Individualised Support:

Tailor mentoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each student.

Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students feel valued and understood.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create holistic support plans.

Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and share insights to enhance student well-being.
- Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions, progress, and interventions.

Monitor student attendance, behaviour, and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience in mentoring, support work, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Commitment to promoting student well-being and personal growth.
Pay: £90 per day
