About the Role: Join our Safeguarding and Support Team, where you'll play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families. As part of this team, you will:
- Provide high-quality casework and services
- Safeguard children, promote well-being, and enhance outcomes
- Conduct child and family assessments and section 47 enquiries
- Develop and manage SMART CIN, CP, and LAC plans
- Maintain professional standards and engage in supervision
About You: We're looking for individuals with:
- A relevant social work qualification and registration with SWE
- Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar setting
- Demonstrable teamwork skills in a proactive and solution-focused environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a caseload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
