Position: Permanent – Full Time
Senior Property Manager: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager in the Ladbroke Grove, W10 area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Residential Property Management and possess in-depth knowledge of the relevant industry legislation.
We are looking for a true people person—someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, demonstrate empathy and understanding, and effectively solve problems while remaining calm under pressure.
You should excel in phone communication, be highly organized, prioritize tasks efficiently, and have exceptional attention to detail.
Preference will be given to candidates who are ARLA-qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification).
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Property Manager role will include:
- Significant previous experience in Residential Property Management
- An exceptional understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
- Have excellent inter-personal skills
- A superb, professional telephone manner
- Have outstanding organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Live within easy reach of Ladbroke Grove, W10 area
- ARLA accreditation preferred
