Leading firm have an opportunity for a CRM Data Executive to support a hugely collaborative team with their IT, CRM, research, and extensive data requirements. We're looking for a proactive individual who can guide our client in harnessing the full potential of their data to drive meaningful improvements and innovations. Data Duties:

  • Manage and supporting the organisation's database (Dynamics365)inlinewithDataProtectionlegislation.

o Data management and set up and running of reports and dashboards.

o Import and export of data and synchronisation of data with other systems

o Manage the Data Management mailbox and provide database and record keeping support

o Research, collect, organise and update data and administer data requests

o Liaise with various departments providing expert advice

  • Take responsibility for company data outside Dynamics, and champion data unification.
  • Ensure all company data processesare in line with data protection
  • Keep uptodate with developments in data protection and privacy landscape
  • Contribute to ongoing platforms improvement project managing improvements and upgrades to CRM.
  • Manage data collection forms and the collected data on applicable platforms. Supporting the organisation with general support for the IT function: Manage theIT request mailbox and troubleshooting IT issues and liaising with IT service provider

If you have a relevant degree, extensive data and CRM skills, we would love to hear from you! The interview process will involve two stages: first stage virtual and second stage in the London office.

Location: Blackfriars / St Pauls / Farringdon/ City Thames Link - hybrid working just 2 days in the London office

Hours: 35 hours 9am - 5pm
