Due to the continued growth of our Public sector contracts, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated recruitment team. The role will be to support the Council with their recruitment requirements across a number of their sites.

Monday to Friday 40 hours, Office hours

What does the job entail?
- Managing an eclectic range of live vacancies
- Successfully placing candidates in temporary assignments
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conducting vacancy briefing calls via Teams
- Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media
- Telephone interviewing candidates to gauge their suitability
- CV searching and contacting 'passive seekers' for specialist roles
- Submitting CVs to the Pertemps ATS for live vacancies
- Proactively looking at ways we can recruit and retain candidates
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Experience of Commercial recruitment is essential
- A proven track record of building rapport with clients and candidates
- Passionate about recruitment and delivering the best outcomes for clients
- Own transport due to the location of our office
