Description

As National Account Administrator, you will:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records for national accounts, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and coordinating schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely communication.
  • Assist in monitoring account performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for key accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency in account administration.

Profile

A successful National Account Administrator should have:

  • A strong background in national accounts and/or administration, preferably within the sales department or luxury cosmetics/retail industry.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
