We are currently recruiting for a temporary Revenues and Benefits Officer to join a housing association in Cambridge. This role will aim to provide support to the vulnerable.

The Revenues and Benefits Officer will be responsible for:
- Provide financial assistance to customers
- Ensure customers are collecting the correct benefits
- Dealing with customer debt
- Ability to set up payment plans
- Advice customers with money management/benefit issues
The ideal Revenues and Benefits Officer will have to be:
- Caring and professional manner
- Ability to work individual and part of a team
- Experience working in debt recovery or finance
