My client is a well-regarded architecture and design practice is known for its comprehensive range of services, including architecture, interior design, building surveying, and engineering. The successful candidate will have a degree in Architectural Technology, boast technical excellence with proficiency in Revit and have a proven track record at managing and leading projects from RIBA stage 3. Experience on defence and infrastructure projects is desirable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Chartered Architectural Technologist:

  • ­MCIAT or close to professional membership
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or similar degree
  • Proficiency in Revit and ideally AutoCAD
  • Have demonstratable experience in the commercial and education sectors
  • Be a supportive team player
  • Experience developing emergent staff members
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
  • Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth
  • Live locally to Nottingham
  • Knowledge of BREEAM
  • Ability to produce feasibility reports
  • Capable at preparing tender and construction drawings
  • Live locally to east midlands / Nottingham
