Our client is a well-established organisation based in North Kent is seeking a Management Accountant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The successful Management Accountant will be formally qualified and confident in managing multiple priorities.
This role is remote with the requirement to be in the office once or twice per month for team collaboration days!
Description
Management Accountant duties include;
- Overseeing end to end financial operations for a portfolio of projects
- Executing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Presenting financial reports to senior management
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare the treasury investment proposal
- Manage the statutory audit process
- Draft the end of year corporation tax computation for review and approval
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Management accounting and statutory accounting experience.
- Experience working within a compliance focused environment.
- Clearly communicate technically complex financial issues.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Offer
