Project Coordinator Bradford based
Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business based in Bradford, my client is looking for a hard- working and flexible individual to join their friendly team as a Project Coordinator on a permeant basis.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Clients via telephone and email
- Working within a team to support the clients' requirements.
- Creating operational packs for operatives and clients
- Coordinating with councils and other governing bodies with regards to permits and licences
- Coordination with the site management team for effective scheduling of works
- Provide quotations to new customers and chase any outstanding quotes
- Book in machinery for individual site needs
