R13 Recruitment are partnering with a highly successful Property Services organisation, who are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to provide essential support in their head office. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of projects, as well as managing staff, contractors and clients.
Based in Norwich, this is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
- Overseeing the planning, execution and compliance of client maintenance and construction projects from start to end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing resources, budgets, staff and client/contractors on each project, making sure the projects are compliant with company and legal guidelines.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure the safety and standards are upheld, identifying any areas/problems that need to be resolved.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and keeping clients updated on project status.
You will have/be
- Degree level qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- At least 10 years experience in construction/maintenance management.
- Proven experience managing large scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
