My Clients are looking for a Registered Manager for their Residential Children's Home
- Join the experienced Care Management Team, alongside sixteen other managers, of which four manage solo or dual children's homes.
- Collaborate with my clients Therapeutic team, who provide two days a week of therapeutic support, including advice and practical tools, to support your team to provide trauma-informed nurturing care for each child.
- Provide effective support to staff, including advice and guidance, reflective supervision and annual appraisal.
- Work in partnership with young people, their family and friends, colleagues, and other agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child in your care.

A full valid UK driving License is required for this role
