My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Oracle HR Consultant / Analyst on a Contract basis.
The role will help improve the core technology platform for finance, procurement and HR. The aim for HR is to have the basic technology to underpin the people related activities needed to support the Council.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Review the existing configuration and reporting environment (Oracle OTBI) and identifying gaps in reporting arising from changes to the configuration of the environment
- Advise on the development and implementation of reports and dashboards for HR and Managers
- Support the development of a HR reporting style guide to support the delivery of future reports
- Advice and guidance on solution design, implementation, testing and delivery of core HR reports including Establishment (position) control, headcount, etc.
About you: You will have the following experiences:
- You must have experience with Oracle Cloud, SQL (BI publisher) or OTBI reporting.
- Extensive experience in analysing, configuring and implementing HR reporting on Oracle Cloud.
- Experience and evidenced based skills for successful project and programme management, and delivery of agreed outcomes within specified timescales.

- Salary: £500 per day (Outside IR35)
