Customer Success Team Lead

The Opportunity:

A player manager role where you will not only own the c.25 most valuable clients on the books, but you'll also lead the Customer Success team of 3.

Your role here is to help build out what great CS looks like, whether it be playbooks, processes, targets or even how clients are allocated / managed. Here, we have a great solution in a business that is keen to develop their customer engagement strategy.

Currently focussing on retention and CSAT, you'll work with the Account Management team to ensure commercial success of your accounts, work with product to keep the solution at the forefront of the market, and support your CSM's as required to ensure they deliver the standards you set.

This is a real chance to not only delight large client accounts, but truly contribute to creation a best in class customer success function.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling business with a complex and bespoke software solution.
  • Experience of leading a small team within a B2B environment.
  • Prior experience of growing a Customer Success function, implementation processes, playbooks and engagement strategies is hugely desirable.
  • Experience with Education sector decision makers, specifically universities is hugely desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • A team player! Support the team, learn from the team! Lead by example!
  • MUST have a full UK driving licence.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £50k plus 10% bonus.
