Recruit UK is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join an expanding support team in Intermediary Sales for a large Wealth Manager.
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering administration and technical support to a diverse client base, including IFAs, Fund Managers, Third Parties, Intermediary Clients and BDMs. Your efforts will ensure a competent and efficient service to all our clients.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
- Understand and address customers' needs efficiently, while managing your workload and prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with IFAs and collaborate with other teams to ensure a positive client experience.
- Issue pre-sales literature, process client applications, handle client requests, and monitor the team inbox for prompt query resolution.
- Set up agreements with new IFA companies, provide valuations and performance information, support IFAs with online access, and perform general admin duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer relationship role, preferably within Financial Services.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent record-keeping and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate initiative.
