Description
The Employment Solicitor will:
- Handle a 50/50 caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Provide advice on general employment and HR enquiries.
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims (no advocacy experience required).
- Play a key role in ensuring that employment policies and procedures are legally sound and consistently applied.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and liaise with various stakeholders to provide clear and practical legal advice.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment law and regulations.
Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- 5 years experience handling own caseloads of varied employment matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
