Description

The Employment Solicitor will:

  • Handle a 50/50 caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Provide advice on general employment and HR enquiries.
  • Manage Employment Tribunal claims (no advocacy experience required).
  • Play a key role in ensuring that employment policies and procedures are legally sound and consistently applied.
  • Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and liaise with various stakeholders to provide clear and practical legal advice.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment law and regulations.

Profile

The successful Employment Solicitor should be:

  • A Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • 5 years experience handling own caseloads of varied employment matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
