We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Relationship Co-ordinator to join our team!
The Business Relationship Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and Engagement Manager.
You will manage a shared inbox, provide administrative support, and assist with event planning, such as webinars and in-person events. You'll work in a collaborative environment, helping to power our communities towards a net-zero future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting safety, health, and environment as part of the wider team.
- Monitoring and managing the shared BRM inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Supporting customer schemes reactively and maintaining organised records of communications.
- Assisting in planning and executing events, including logistical support and material development.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and offering general administrative support.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative / coordination support role.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and represent their needs.
- Experience working within a customer driven environment with excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to business change.
