Description
- Processing and monitoring income transactions
- Ensuring accurate financial record keeping
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Communicating with customers on payment issues
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Complying with data protection and confidentiality policies
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes
Profile
A successful Income Clerk should have:
- A strong understanding of financial processes
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ideally will have worked with Open Accounts or Agresso Unit 4
