I am looking for a Capital Works Manager to join a housing association in Yorkshire. You will be leading a team of 2 reports as part of the assets division.
Capital Works Manager duties:
- Manage a team of surveyors and office staff
- Support the management of planned maintenance contractors
- Take responsibility for the delivery of capital works
- Delivery of modernisation and retrofit projects
Successful applicants for the Capital Works Manager role will have:
- Experience working in a social housing setting
- Strong man management experience
- Experience in managing contractors
- Good technical background around planned maintenance/capital works
