Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a team within a well-established housing association. The role would consist of carrying out servicing and repairs of gas appliances on social housing properties in the North Birmingham region.
The Gas Engineer role is:
- North Birmingham based
- Social Housing focused
- £39,000 + Overtime / Call-Outs (OTE £43,000 - £50,000+)
- Monday - Friday, 39 hour week, early finish on Fridays
The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to:
- Carry out service and repair works
- Carry out works in both tenanted and void properties
- Produce gas safety certificates where necessary

The following will be required for the role:
- Full domestic ACS
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent
- Gas safe registration
- Social housing experience
- DBS Check
- Full UK Driving License
