Are you an experienced Office Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding support and service? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Office Manager to join their team.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Order Processing and Order Administration teams, as well as the Customer Service Department. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be key to keeping customers happy and ensuring efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints/requests, maintaining a proactive approach
  • Quote, process, and administer customer orders according to company standards
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Collaborate with other departments to find effective resolutions for customer issues
  • Mentor and motivate teams, conducting regular performance reviews and providing training opportunities
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, providing resolutions in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Monitor and analyse customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
