Technical Services Manager - Electrical
Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Coventry
As the Technical Services Manager at University Hospital, Coventry and the Hospital of St Cross, Rugby, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of FM technical services in an acute healthcare environment. You will oversee the day-to-day leadership of the on-site electrical workforce and act as the primary point of contact for addressing operational challenges relating to electrical matters.
You will be acting as a primary escalation point for all electrical operational challenges, addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively. The Technical Services Manager will support the Head of Operations to ensure you deliver the required contractual obligations from a technical perspective. What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge / understanding of engineering systems within a healthcare building
- You will have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g. Building Service.
- You will ideally be qualified for 18th edition electrical and 2391 inspection and testing.
