A national Cost & Project Management Consultancy, operating out of three strategic offices, is seeking a professional Construction Project Manager for their Sheffield office.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a well-established project management and cost consultancy team, in the process of implementing an exciting five-year growth plan.
Working on a number of upcoming Healthcare and Social Housing schemes, as Project Manager you will ensure the projects are delivered to the specification, within established timeframes and budgets, and maximise operational and commercial performance.
Working in an Employers Agent, Contract Administration and Principal Designer capacity, you will lead projects from inception to completion, manage project staff, surveyors and associates as required, supporting the growth of the team.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager, currently working in construction with a UK Consultancy, looking for development in a growing company with significant development potential. Or, an established Construction Project Manager eager for rapid progression and unlimited support with MCIOB or MRICS.
The Construction Project Manager
Will have:
- Relevant construction related degree (or equivalent)
- 2+ years project management experience with a Consultancy
- Experience in both JCT and NEC forms of contract is desirable
- Achieved or prepared to work towards Chartered status (RICS/CIOB/APM)
- Employers Agent / Contract administration experience is highly desirable
